1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern use of the AVE GEPARDA website and purchases made through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.

2. Website Use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present photographs, measurements, colors, descriptions, and condition accurately. Because monitors and devices can display colors differently, actual colors may vary slightly from images shown online.

Vintage and pre-owned products may have normal signs of age and previous use. Condition details disclosed in a listing form part of the product description.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices may change before purchase. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

If an obvious pricing, inventory, listing, or technical error occurs, an affected order may be cancelled and amounts paid may be refunded where permitted by law.

5. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not always mean final acceptance if review is required.

We may cancel or refuse orders for suspected fraud, inventory errors, payment problems, shipping restrictions, obvious errors, or other legitimate reasons permitted by law.

6. Shipping and Returns

The Shipping Policy and Refund Policy apply to purchases. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

Website text, photography, graphics, logos, product images, and other original content belong to AVE GEPARDA or are used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without authorization, except as permitted by law.

8. Third Parties

The website may use payment providers, ecommerce and hosting services, shipping carriers, analytics tools, social networks, and other third-party services. AVE GEPARDA is not responsible for independent third-party policies or operations.

9. Disclaimer and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVE GEPARDA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless AVE GEPARDA and its service providers from third-party claims arising from unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

11. Severability and Termination

If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the buyer's jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the website. The updated version will apply from the effective date stated on the website unless applicable law requires otherwise.
